Even in the case of substrates with underfloor heating, at least 14 days are necessary. An anhydrite substrate must be created taking into consideration the times for carrying out the various operations (sanding, brushing, etc.). Take into account during the design that a waterproofing must be inserted between the concrete layer and the subfloor, which blocks the humidity that develops in the future coming from the concrete covering. This is of particular relevance to today&#039;s rapid construction times. The inspection of the surfaces to check whether they are ready for installation is carried out by a professional installer as part of his pre-established inspection obligations.<\/p><p>He will decide himself if and when the subfloor is ready since he is the only one with this responsibility. He possesses the knowledge and tools necessary to carry out the checks. So trust his advice. Also remember that before starting to assemble the parquet it would be necessary to have completed all the other craft work. The painting work or the application of wall paper can also be carried out subsequently, whilst always adopting adequate measures to protect the parquet surfaces. It is necessary to pay attention if silicone gaskets are used by glaziers, painters, tilers, etc... It is in fact almost impossible to remove silicone stains from parquet. This also applies to detergents. In these places the sealing does not hold. It would be advisable to use acrylic-based hermetic material. For problem-free execution of parquet installation work, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 15\u00b0. Furthermore, no carpets should be placed on the freshly sealed\/oiled parquet floor before approx. 14 days. After this period it is possible to wipe with a damp cloth. The frequency of cleaning will depend on your personal hygiene needs. First remove dirt with a woolen cloth, a bristle broom or a vacuum cleaner. Finally, warm water is sufficient to remove the finest dirt and dust. However, do not pour the water directly onto the parquet. Wring out the rag well and clean the parquet so that it is barely damp. Any traces of stubborn dirt, stains and rubber streaks can be easily removed by rubbing more vigorously. However, be careful of sharp objects, which could damage the varnish layer of the seal. On sealed floors, to have a greater cleaning effect, it is possible to add a little vinegar to the water. In rooms that are less used and therefore do not require frequent care, a few drops of the treatment can be added to the water. The treatment described below does not have to be carried out frequently. To clean oiled floors, only use soap-based detergent to avoid graying the surface. Eventuali tracce di sporco ostinato, macchie e strisciate di gomma potranno essere facilmente rimosse sfregando con maggiore energia. Fare tuttavia attenzione agli oggetti taglienti, che potrebbero danneggiare lo strato di vernice della sigillatura. Nei pavimenti sigillati, per aver un maggior effetto di pulito, \\u00e8 possibile unire all\\u2019acqua un po\\u2019 di aceto. Nelle stanze meno utilizzate e che non necessitano quindi una cura frequente, \\u00e8 possibile aggiungere all\\u2019acqua poche gocce del trattamento. Il trattamento di seguito descritto non deve essere effettuato frequentemente. Per la pulizia dei pavimenti oliati, utilizzare solo il detergente a base di sapone, al fine di evitare l\\u2019ingrigimento della superficie. E\\u2019 quindi meglio non calpestare il parquet troppo presto. Dotate le sedie e i tavoli di feltrino, in modo da proteggere dai graffi la superficie verniciata. Sulle postazioni di lavoro mettere un tappetino trasparente sotto la sedie con le ruote. Pi\\u00f9 cura avrete del Vostro parquet durante i primi giorni, maggiore sar\\u00e0 la durata della superficie.<\\\/p><p><strong>Cura quotidiana<\\\/strong><br \\\/>La frequenza del trattamento dipende dall\\u2019utilizzo delle stanze. Negli ambienti meno utilizzati il trattamento sar\\u00e0 sufficiente una o due volte all\\u2019anno. In caso di utilizzo medio-alto (corridoi, scale uffici) il trattamento deve essere eseguito una o due volte al mese. In caso di utilizzo molto frequente (pubblici esercizi, caserme, scuole) si consiglia un trattamento settimanale. In ogni caso \\u00e8 necessario procedere con il trattamento se la superficie \\u00e8 graffiata o presenta particolari danneggiamenti.<\\\/p><p><strong>Pavimenti in parquet sigillati<\\\/strong><br \\\/>E\\u2019 necessario applicare un sottile strato del trattamento con un panno che non lascia peli e distribuirlo uniformemente cosicch\\u00e9 non si formino delle striature. L\\u2019olio pu\\u00f2 essere applicato, sempre in piccole quantit\\u00e0, con un panno che non lascia peli manualmente o con la macchina strofinando in modo regolare. Potrete anche aiutarvi con uno spruzzino e lucidare quindi con un panno. Se il clima dell\\u2019ambiente muta (aria secca durante il periodo in cui si usa il riscaldamento, aria umida in estate) il pavimento del Vostro parquet si adatta a questo clima finch\\u00e9 non raggiunge di nuovo la propria umidit\\u00e0 di compensazione del legno. Con l\\u2019aria secca il pavimento in legno cede umidit\\u00e0 alla stanza, con l\\u2019aria umida la assorbe, determinando quindi una modifica del volume dei listelli del parquet. Il Vostro pavimento in parquet si gonfia o si riduce leggermente.<\\\/p><p>Tali variazioni hanno luogo ogni giorno. Nella maggior parte dei casi non sono osservabili ad occhio nudo. Nel periodo invernale, in cui si usa il riscaldamento, in molte stanze l\\u2019umidit\\u00e0 dell\\u2019aria scende al disotto del 35 %. In tali casi possono eventualmente formarsi fughe visibili nel Vostro parquet. Non rappresentano un difetto poich\\u00e9 si tratta di una semplice reazione naturale del pavimento al clima della stanza. Di regola scompaiono poco dopo l\\u2019inizio dell\\u2019anno. Solo se le fughe hanno evidentemente una larghezza superiore ai 5\\\/10 mm dovreste far ispezionare il pavimento e l\\u2019ambiente da un esperto per verificare eventuali difetti, se l\\u2019aspetto del parquet Vi disturba.<\\\/p><p>Di regola \\u00e8 possibile ottenere un clima della stanza e dell\\u2019abitazione in generale mantenendo una temperatura di 20\\u00b0 ed un\\u2019umidit\\u00e0 del 50 % grazie a semplici accorgimenti. Disporre delle piante nelle stanze ed arieggiare regolarmente. Nel periodo in cui i riscaldamenti sono in uso dovrebbe essere utilizzato un umidificatore dell\\u2019aria. Controllare la temperatura e l\\u2019umidit\\u00e0 con un termometro ed un igrometro.<\\\/p><p>Per un riscaldamento rapido e gradevole dell\\u2019abitazione, la resistenza alla conduzione del calore del rivestimento di un pavimento dovrebbe essere il pi\\u00f9 ridotta possibile. Non dovrebbe superare un valore pari a 0,18 m\\u00b2 x KW. Tutti i pavimenti in parquet sono idonei alla posa su un riscaldamento a pavimento. Si dovrebbe solamente tenere in considerazione l\\u2019eventuale ritiro o rigonfiamento (Dati tecnici legno) dei vari tipi di legno e la Resistenza alla conduzione del calore dei vari pavimenti in parquet del programma.<\\\/p><p>Un parquet incollato su tutta la superficie garantisce il miglior passaggio del calore dal sottofondo attraverso il legno. Con l\\u2019incollaggio si deve evitare la formazione di strati d\\u2019aria isolanti sotto il parquet. In tal modo il calore pu\\u00f2 essere trasmesso pressoch\\u00e9 senza problemi e rapidamente. Durante l\\u2019utilizzo la temperatura della superficie non deve superare i 25\\u00b0 per evitare di danneggiare il parquet. Inoltre si dovrebbe garantire l\\u2019inumidimento sufficiente dell\\u2019aria nelle stanze. Le seguenti misure di preparazione e posa rappresentano quindi un presupposto assoluto di estrema importanza. Tenete conto del fatto che prima della posa del parquet, il sottofondo con riscaldamento dovr\\u00e0 essere asciugato tramite riscaldamento e raffreddamento con pausa.<\\\/p><p>Per verificare il funzionamento \\u00e8 necessario riscaldare una volta il sottofondo con riscaldamento. Solo allora avviene il riscaldamento a secco per la seconda volta.<\\\/p><p>Il riscaldamento a secco del sottofondo con riscaldamento<br \\\/>In quanto committente della costruzione dovrete verificare con cura i seguenti dettagli o far provvedere chi di competenza:<\\\/p><ul><li>Il tempo di posa del sottofondo in seguito alla realizzazione fino all\\u2019inizio delle prime operazioni di riscaldamento deve essere di almeno 21 giorni.<\\\/li><li>Riscaldando (a partire dal 22\\u00b0 giorno) la temperatura di mandata deve essere aumentata di ca. 5\\u00b0C al giorno, finch\\u00e9 non viene raggiunta la piena potenzialit\\u00e0 calorifica (massima). Questa temperatura massima deve essere mantenuta almeno un giorno per ogni centimetro dello spessore del sottofondo con riscaldamento.<\\\/li><li>Infine il sottofondo con riscaldamento deve essere di nuovo raffreddato abbassando la temperatura di mandata di ca. 5\\u00b0C al giorno.<\\\/li><li>Ripetere quindi il riscaldamento a secco precedentemente descritto.<\\\/li><li>Le operazioni di riscaldamento e raffreddamento devono essere annotate nel verbale di riscaldamento predisposto da. La durata dell\\u2019operazione di riscaldamento e raffreddamento deve essere di almeno 14 giorni.<\\\/li><li>I tempi previsti comprendono il minimo dei giorni di riscaldamento. Ogni ulteriore giorno \\u00e8 utile per l\\u2019eliminazione dell\\u2019umidit\\u00e0 e rappresenta una maggiore sicurezza.<\\\/li><li>A questo punto \\u00e8 possibile posare il parquet in conformit\\u00e0 a DIN 18356 con una temperatura della superficie del sottofondo di +15\\u00b0C ed un\\u2019umidit\\u00e0 relativa di 50 \\u2013 60 %.<\\\/li><\\\/ul><p>Dopo la posa del parquet mantenere le condizioni climatiche gi\\u00e0 descritte almeno una settimana (il tempo per far agire ed asciugare l\\u2019adesivo).
