All items sold on the site are ready for delivery and delivery is estimated at approximately 3 working days from payment received.
Both the end user and the freelancer and companies can purchase on our site.
We issue a regular invoice for each order made out to the individual or freelancer/company once a regular VAT number has been provided.
Our products are covered by a regular European guarantee of two years for private individuals and one for companies.

Collection at our warehouse:
Il ritiro presso nostro magazzino è previsto solo previo appuntamento e durante gli orari di apertura.
Lunedì-Venerdì dalle 09:30 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00
Il ritiro presso nostro magazzino ha un costo fisso di 15,00€ per preparazione merce.

Payment for hand pick-ups cannot be made via PayPal for which shipping is necessarily required.
Payment for goods for collection at our warehouse can be made by advance bank transfer or directly upon collection.

Spediamo con i principali corrieri espresso, in particolar modo con PTL One Express, Artoni, Susa, GLS e Bartolini per i pavimenti / Parquet e accessori

PAVIMENTI, LAMINATI E PARQUET NON SPEDIAMO CONFEZIONI SINGOLE.
MINIMO ORDINE LAMINATI 4 CONFEZIONI PER SPEDIZIONE.
WE ONLY SHIP ON PALLET TO PROTECT THE GOODS.

PROFILI E BATTISCOPA TUTTE LE CONFEZIONI SONO COMPOSTE DA 10 LISTE.
POSSIAMO SPEDIRE ANCHE UN NUMERO INFERIORE MA L’APERTURA DELLA CONFEZIONE NE PRECLUDE L’IMBALLAGGIO ORIGINALE.
NONOSTANTE CERCHIAMO OVVIAMENTE DI IMBALLARE AL MEGLIO, LA MERCE IN QUESTO CASO VIAGGIA A RISCHIO DEL CLIENTE CHE SI PRENDE LA RESPONSABILITA’ DI EVENTUALI DANNI DURANTE IL TRASPORTO

Shipping cost:
€ 15,00 ogni 100kg di merce su bancale
€ 29,00 per i soli accessori battiscopa e profili

For the major islands (Sardinia and Sicily) the shipping cost has a supplement of 35% (the site does not automatically calculate this value, please contact us)
For the smaller islands please write to receive a quote

Shipping insurance and reserve of control:

A richiesta la spedizione può essere integrata con un’assicurazione ALL-RISK da quantificare a seconda dell’ordine, si prega di indicare tale richiesta nelle note dell’ordine o di inviarci una mail, risponderemo fornendo un preventivo aggiornato inclusi i costi aggiuntivi.
Per le spedizioni di laminati e parquet con importi superiori ai 500,00€ l’assicurazione è obbligatoria ed è pari al 5% del valore del totale.

A pena di decadenza di ogni garanzia i reclami relativi allo stato dell’imballo, quantità, merce mancante o danneggiata, dovranno essere contestati immediatamente al corriere, sul DDT o sul palmare apportando la dicitura “Riserva di controllo”.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere quindi contestati a Pavimentiamo in forma scritta entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento della merce all’indirizzo di posta elettronica info@

Right of withdrawal:

Il D.lgs. 206/05 (“Codice del Consumo”) prevede un diritto di recesso anche per i contratti cd. “a distanza” – esempio acquisti per corrispondenza o per catalogo, per televisione, per fax o Internet. Il recesso va esercitato entro 10 giorni lavorativi, che decorrono dal giorno della conclusione del contratto nei contratti aventi per oggetto prestazioni di servizi, e dal giorno di ricevimento della merce nei contratti di compravendita. La merce va rispedita al venditore a spese del consumatore.
