Even with subsequent thermal disposal, only the part of carbon dioxide already previously removed from the atmosphere is released again.
For the production of parquet we mostly use short, thin wood scraps. We can therefore mainly also use the wood of thin stumps eliminated when cleaning the forests. Or we exploit the short and thin final part inevitably eliminated as a co-product in the sawing process. The circuit then closes.
Parquet is therefore in itself one of the most ecological building materials.

In addition to the environmental impact described so far, we would like to remind you that the production of parquet requires considerably less energy consumption than that required for the processing of alternative materials.
In the production plants we only use our own wood waste for the production of steam and energy, thus allowing a saving of fossil raw materials that can only be used to a limited extent and avoiding further production of carbon dioxide.
With this closed energy concept, we also do not burden the environment with production waste.
We therefore supply exclusively natural, healthy products for the home environment.
